Family portrait . . .
Just rushed up to the roof to chase off some crows and when I checked on the nest the female and a chick were in the nest facing me. The chick still had its egg tooth (very unusual that it has persisted so long) – so it isn’t the same one that was in the foreground yesterday evening. It also clicked its beak at me however – so it too is developing as expected.
